Our history.
From the first years of its existence, MPSO Dynamo has paid great attention to the physical education of children, adolescents and young men.
Caring for the younger generation has become one of the main traditions of the sports society. In order to improve work with children, to give it clear organizational forms, in June 1934 the first team of "Young Dynamo" was created, which focused on working with young people. The idea of creating "YUD" belonged to the head of the Dynamo Training and sports Department, Mikhail Ivanovich Lavrentiev. The best children's coaches of the country, Vladimir Haidin and Mikhail Smirmylov, were involved in this team with children and young men.
A well-thought-out system of training football players finally took shape in 1957, when training groups were created under the teams of masters, whose teams began to hold city, republican and all-Union competitions among themselves. In 1968, the teams of the training groups were transformed into children's and youth sports schools - youth sports schools, and since 1975 they have become specialized children's and youth schools of the Olympic reserve – Sports school.
The children's and youth teams of the society from the first years of their existence were among the best in the country. All this was the fruit of Dynamo's constant concern about working with young people.
From 1945 to 1951, the CA of the society annually held a Football Cup draw among Dynamo youth teams. Four times the trophy was won by young representatives of the Moscow Dynamo.
Since 1952, the CA of the society every two years, and from 1974 to 1987 already annually, held the championships of the society among youth teams. In these tournaments, young men from Dynamo teams from Moscow, Kiev and Tbilisi won more or less evenly.
From 1968 to 1988, the Dynamo CA, together with related organizations of a number of East European, Asian and African countries, held tournaments called the Dynamiada. As a rule, 17-18-year-old football players from six to eight countries took part in this international tournament. From the Soviet Union, the Dynamo national team has always performed, formed from the strongest pupils of all Dynamo schools in the country. The Soviet Dynamo team won the Dynamiada four times (1972, 1977, 1979, 1985).
Our time
In April 2007, in order to bring the names of football schools in line with the requirements of legal acts, the football school named after L.I. Yashin was renamed the Football Training Center "FC Dynamo-Moscow" named after L.I. Yashin. In 2009, three ages at once (born in 1992, born in 1997 and born in 1998) became champions of Moscow – this is the highest achievement in the Russian period of the history of the Dynamo school.
In 2011, the Dynamo school underwent a new rebranding – since then it has been officially called the Academy "Dynamo" Moscow named after L.I. Yashin. Its main task is to educate and train promising young football players for Dynamo-2 and the main blue and white team.
Until 2024, Dynamo "forge of talents" had two departments, in which more than 400 boys and boys of different ages (from 6 to 17 years old) were engaged. The tandem of the director, Honored Master of Sports, Honored Coach of Russia Viktor Grigorievich Tsarev, and the head of the educational unit, Honored Master of Sports Yuri Konstantinovich Kuznetsov had the most extensive experience (1985-2007) with the leadership of the school. In January 2008, Sergey Nikolaevich Silkin replaced Tsarev as director of the school.
Currently, the director of the Academy is her pupil Alexander Yuryevich Kuznetsov, under whose leadership she became the best in Moscow three times (in 2013, 2021, 2022 and 2024). Also in 2022, the Dynamo branch took 1st place in the "First League", thereby guaranteeing itself a place in the top division of the capital's youth football.
The Dynamo Academy is also showing itself in the international arena. It is worth noting successful performances in such tournaments as the unofficial World Championship among youth teams "Nike Cup" (1st place, born in 1999); "Ateitis Cup" (2nd place, born in 2005); the largest football festival in the former Yugoslavia "Vujadin Boskov Cup" (2nd place, born in 2005, 1st place, born in 2009); "Vila Franca do Rosario" (2nd place, born in 2004).
If we talk about official Russian competitions, our guys always try to take the highest places. Of the recent successes, it is worth noting the following:
RFU Cup, 1st place of the team born in 2003,
RFU Cup, 2nd place of the team born in 2004,
Russian Championship and RFU Cup, born in 1998,
Russian Championship, 1st place of the team born in 2006,
Russian Championship, 1st place of the team born in 2008,
Russian Championship, 1st place, teams born in 2009
As for the Moscow Championship, the Blue and White Academy is always included in the top 5 football schools of the city at the end of the season:
2024 – 1st place,
2022 – 1st place,
2021 - 1st place,
2020 – the season was not finished, the championship was interrupted when we were in 1st place,
2019 - 4th place,
2018 - 4th place,
2017 - 3rd place,
2016 - 3rd place,
2015 - 3rd place,
2014 - 3rd place,
2013 - 1st place.
In 2020, the Academy of Dynamo named after L.I. Yashin received the status of "academy of the highest category" from the RFU, which implies a high level of training of young football players, excellent infrastructure, medical equipment and the best coaching staff.
We are not going to stop there. We have big victories and new achievements in youth football ahead of us. After all, power is in motion!
